These figures are starting points for a single Selangor store. A mall that needs a letter, a second observer, or a store outside the Klang Valley is quoted before we travel. Test purchases are reimbursed at till value; they are not a hidden fee.

We do not publish a monthly retainer as a default. Recurring Saturday timings can be arranged after the first study; those are calendar bookings, not a software plan.
