Privacy note
This note explains how Terminal Map Hub handles personal data when you write to us, book a visit, or browse terminal-maphub.digital. It should be read with the cookie note.
Data controller

What we collect
- From the contact form: name, email, store or app name, preferred date, the visit you selected, and your message.
- From a booking: shift-lead names, till counts, app test logins you send us, and invoices.
- From a visit: handwritten timings, still photographs of equipment (not shopper faces), and notes of what cashiers told us about that counter.
- From the site: the cookie choice described in the cookie note. We do not ask for identity-card numbers, medical data, or payment-card full PAN on this website.
Why we hold it
We use enquiry data to reply and to schedule. We use visit data to write your sequence and to brief your shift if you book that. We use invoices to keep accounts. Legal bases under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 are the contract for a booked visit, our legitimate interest in answering a message you sent, and consent where you accept analytics cookies.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after twelve months. Working notes and photographs from a paid visit are kept for twenty-four months so we can brief the same floor later, then deleted unless a longer period is required for a dispute or for tax records (seven years for invoices).
Who we share with
We do not sell lists. We may use an email host and an accountant in Malaysia. App test logins are used only by Daniel Chong or Farah Aziz for the booked review and are changed or revoked when you ask. We do not pass shopper identities because we do not collect them.
International transfers
Our desk and files are in Malaysia. If a message you send travels through a mail host with equipment outside Malaysia, we choose hosts that contract to protect the content. We will tell you if a particular booking requires a transfer (for example an app store account hosted abroad that you already use).
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or limit the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for analytics cookies. Write to info@terminal-maphub.digital. You may also contact the Department of Personal Data Protection. We will need enough detail to find your file; we will not disclose another person’s data from the same store visit.
