Scope
The production app on iOS or Android, one language (English or Bahasa Malaysia), one fulfilment mode you nominate (pickup, delivery, or both).
Included
- A timed pass with a realistic basket from your catalogue
- Notes on DuitNow QR, card, and wallet entries as they actually appear
- A call to walk the sequence with the person who owns the cart screens
Not included
- Store-floor observation
- Writing new screen copy or commissioning development
How the visit runs
- You issue a test account and a list of tenders that should be live.
- We complete two paid or sandbox purchases you specify.
- We return a numbered sequence and a thirty-minute discussion.
Preparation
A test login, a small credit on the wallet or card, and a note of which SKUs are safe to buy.
Limits we keep
We review the live path, not Figma files. Staging builds are accepted only if they match production tenders.
